Hello everyone. Welcome back to this week's episode of Mocktail Minutes. This is Bailey and this is Brianna. This week I am drinking a new just ingredients flavored coconut lime. I enjoy. It's interesting. You have to really like coconut though. If you're gonna like this, it's coconuty. You like coconut, but it's hard for me to find a coconut like drink that I like. Um, I did not take advantage of their sale once again. Once again, you're gonna learn one day. I know one day I just need someone to do it for me, and then I'll then with that. Perfect. Um, and I'm doing Tega Hydration, TIGA. Um, it was like, I met them at a conference somewhere, but it's like basically powdered boab fruit with like a little bit of stevia and something else. So it's like fiber, there's like fiber grams of fiber. it's really good, but it's not strong. So don't put it in one of these. Put it. A normal water bottle or do two of'em, but then know that you're getting 10 grams of fiber at once. So do it that with what you will. Yeah. Disclaimer. But yeah. Well today we are talking about what if wellness wasn't so serious. It's just a fun topic. We, we thought we'd cover today just talking about like what has happened in health wellness culture because. People are stressed. People are overwhelmed, and this is why we have a job, maybe. I don't know. Yeah. Well, and I think too, like the stuff that's supposed to make us feel better, I think it's making a lot of people feel more overwhelmed because we're just, we're doing too much. Mm-hmm. Yes, we're doing too much. And really this is all stemming from wellness has just became so intense. It's. Hustle culture kind of like leaking into health. Thinking about the 75 day hard, the no days off. We're obsessed with biohacking. We are guilty for resting, we're guilty for a cupcake. And you know, we have like the comparison trap. We have so many day in the life reels that we watch on TikTok or Instagram. We are constantly just. Bombarded. Sometimes it's good to have all these ideas online, but sometimes it's like, man, I got five different biohacking ideas today. How am I going to sauna, get outside, play with my kids, make dinner from scratch? Like, yeah, like all these things and we're, we're getting burnt out and it's not fun anymore. No, and I think it's because we keep, first of all, as someone who has made content. Making a day in the life is actually so difficult. It takes a lot. I hate it. It takes a lot. It takes a lot of effort. Okay? So I'm telling you right now, the days in the life that look like perfect and all this, they literally spent all day making that real. but I think we, we start to like, compare ourselves and then we look at like this snapshot of like, oh, look at this mom making this dye-free seed oil-free, totally organic, sugar-free colored with beets, cupcake for their kids' birthday.
